ELISA anti-b III TUBULIN
Product Description:
Tubulin is a compound of subunits of A Tubulin and B Tubulin. Izotype III B is a specific marker of neuronal cells. The level of antibodies to B-III Tubulin in the serum and in coeliolymph indirectly reflects the degree of damage and process of inflammation in nerve issue.
Other information:
Tubulin B III belongs among cellular proteins that release itself into extracellular space in case of neuron damage and they may evoke the production of antibodies.
